We have been practicing Yoga and meditation since 1995. We have studied many different styles and techniques of yoga including: Hatha, Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, and Kundalini. We do not teach one specific discipline as we have learned so much from the different styles we’ve studied. We place emphasis on listening to the body and breath as each pose and practice is explored. We strive towards learning and teaching you different techniques and tips to develop concentration, mindfulness, inner peace and ease.
Our mission is to introduce the community to the true essence of the ancient art and practice of yoga and to assist them in reaching a higher level of awareness and uniting the body, mind, and spirit. We will accomplish this by:
• Teaching a living translation of the Indian system of yoga that Western minds, like ours, can comprehend.
• Offering an eclectic menu of yoga styles and creating an environment for people of all cultures to feel comfortable.
• Providing personalized instruction and assistance to meet individual needs.
• Continuously studying, practicing and living our yoga.
